Full Bloom Dog Care Terms of Service


Little Bloom = LB (also known as your dog)

Little Bloom Parent = LBP (also known as you, the dog parent)

Bouquet = The community of dogs under the care of Full Bloom Dog Care


  1. All first-time LBPs are required to confirm vaccination status and flea/worm regimen plus provide basic information about their LB prior to booking their first appointment. LBPs are responsible for keeping Full Bloom Dog Care up-to-date on any pertinent changes in the LBs health or behaviour.

  2. Full Bloom Dog Care reserves the right to turn away any LB who exhibits behavior unsuitable for a daycare/boarding environment.

  3. Full Bloom Dog Care will text the Terms of Service document to all LBPs and receipt confirms knowledge and agreement with the Terms of Service unless LBP responds in writing with any questions or concerns.

  4. LBPs remain legally responsible for their pets while they are under the supervision of Full Bloom Dog Care.

  5. Any cost associated with damages by the LB are the responsibility of the LBP. Personal Liability Insurance (Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering) should be in place. 

  6. LBPs must provide Full Bloom Dog Care with the contact details of someone who can make a decision during an emergency should the LBP not be available at the time of the emergency.

  7. LBPs are asked to provide contact information for their preferred veterinarian as well as whether they have a pet insurance policy in place. In the event of serious injury or illness to your LB, the LBP will be contacted immediately. Full Bloom Dog Care will bring the LB to the LBPs preferred vet if possible. Should this information not be provided, the LB will be taken to a vet chosen by Full Bloom Dog Care. If necessary, the Dierenambulance will be called. All costs of emergency care are the responsibility of the LBP.

  8. All expenses incurred on behalf of a Little Bloom due to illness or injury is the responsibility of the Little Bloom Parent. 

  9. All LBs are required to be up-to-date on annual vaccinations. Proof of vaccination status will be required at the registration process.

    1. Distemper (Every 3 years)

    2. Parvovirus (Every 3 years)

    3. Canine Hepatitus (Every 3 years)

    4. Leptospirosis (Every year)

    5. Bordatella (Every year)

  10. LBs must be on regular treatment for fleas and worms.

  11. LBPs must provide a harness or a collar plus a leash for their LB. Harnesses are preferred. No slip chains or prong collars are allowed.

  12. All LBs will stay on leash until such time that Full Bloom Dog Care determines the LB is not a flight risk.

  13. Full Bloom Dog Care is unable to accept LBs over 20kg. 

  14. All LBs need to be at least 6 months old and house trained.

  15. Full Bloom Dog Care reserves the right to adjust pricing once per year.

  16. If the LBP has chosen not to spay their female LB, Full Bloom Dog Care assumes no responsibility for pregnancy. LBP must provide diapers for the duration of the LBs heat cycle. 

  17. Chemical or surgical castration of male LBs is preferred but not required. Full Bloom Dog Care reserves the right to turn away any LB who exhibits behavior unsuitable for a daycare/boarding environment due to  hormone-driven behaviour (marking, humping). 

  18. Dogs may be wet/dirty when picked up/dropped off at the end of the day depending on the weather. 



Cancellation Policy

  1. Full Bloom Dog Care has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

  2. If paid in advance, reservations cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund.

  3. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will pay 50% of (1) day of the reservation.

  4. Cancellations received on the day of the reservation will pay 100% of (1) day of the reservation.


Charges & Payment


  1. LBPs who leave their pet multiple days per week on a regular basis will be invoiced weekly. Payment for all invoices is due within 14 days.

  2. Non-regular LBPs will be charged daily. Payment will be due upon pick-up of the LB.
