Full Bloom Dog Care is a Vibe

Full Bloom Dog Care is based out of our home in the Weesperzijde neighborhood. Our house guests relax in our apartment on the 2nd floor. Our grooming studio is a stand alone space on the 4th floor. The home vibe provides a quiet and comfortable space for our house guests to chill out. Co-manager, Lola, has separation anxiety and takes medicine regularly. So we at Full Bloom are comfortable administering medicine and keeping Little Blooms company the entire time they stay with us.

Can your dog become a Little Bloom at Full Bloom Dog Care?

  • We are unable to accept dogs over 12kg for any of our services (including grooming)*
  • Dogs need to be at least 6 months old and house-broken.
  • All Dogs must be current on vaccinations and must be taking flea/tick control medicine.

We are willing to give any dog that meets the above criteria a chance to come and meet the group (even if not spayed or neutered). However, if a dog displays any aggression or shows anti-social or hormone-driven behaviors (like marking or humping), for the good of the group, they will not be able to join us.

*if your dog weighs near 12kg and is well-behaved and doesn’t need to be carried up stairs, please reach out so we can discuss.

Daycare

Our daycare hours are 7:00 to 19:00. If you need help outside of these hours, we can accommodate you. We also offer a discounted rate if you leave your Little Bloom for 5 hours or less. Pick-up and drop-off is also available in the 1091 postcode area with our cute and fun Dog-E bike for an added fee.

The daily bouquet of Little Blooms is limited to 10 so everyone will receive personal care and attention. We live in a great walking neighborhood between the Amstel River and Wibautstraat in Weesperzijde with off-leash opportunities available once it’s determined that your Little Bloom is not a flight risk. 

We recommend Little Bloom Parents provide food so as not to upset their Little Bloom’s tummy with a sudden change in diet. But Full Bloom offers Hills Science Diet I/D kibble or stew for meals plus tasty treats. Co-manager, Lola, has fresh chicken breast topper as part of her employment contract so all Little Blooms will benefit from her contract negotiation skills.

Our overnight hours are 18:00 to 9:00. If you need help outside of these hours, we can accommodate you. Pick-up and drop-off is also available in the 1091 postcode area with our cute and fun Dog-E bike for an added fee.

Are you going out of town for a night or a month and need dog care? Full Bloom Dog Care is ready to help. Your Little Bloom will receive the comforts of home while you are away. Cozy lounging and sleeping arrangements (based on your preference–bed or crate), healthy meals, walks, exercise, playtime, and constant companionship. We have many cozy blankets and heating pads for those chilly days and nights. Receive a 10% discount if you leave your dog for 5 nights or more.

Grooming

Full Bloom Day Care’s Grooming Studio is open and ready to get your Little Bloom fresh as a daisy. Dirty from playing in the rain? Smelly from rolling on the ground? Overgrown from too long between grooming appointments? Need a nail trim? It’s all available a la carte or as a package. Please note that since Full Bloom Dog Care is a home-based business and any dog that comes in for grooming will mix with our daycare Little Blooms, reservations for grooming will only be accepted after a registration appointment.
